LAPTOP HELPDESK

General Information
The University has a Help Desk exclusively for Notebook Computers. The help desk will provide full service support for the notebook computers (laptops). Students who experience hardware or software problems should contact the help desk for assistance. In most cases, the student will need to bring the notebook computer to the help desk. If the help desk is not able to fix the problem the student will be given a "loaner" notebook computer until his/hers is repaired.

The Laptop Helpdesk is located in Rogers Hall 339.

Hours
Brooklyn:          Monday to Friday, 9AM to 4:45PM.  (Fall & Spring Semesters)

                      Monday to Friday, 10AM to 4PM. (Summer)


 
These hours will be adjusted throughout the semester to meet the needs of the students.
